Guan Qun Fang. Crown proliferate form. Flowers 18cm x 11cm, deep purplish red (59- B). The outer petals 3-4-whorled, soft, slightly flat, the inner petals very small, wrinkled, crowded, many anthers remained at the apex, some petaloid filaments bearing anthers are present; pistils developed, petaloid mixed red and green in the lower flower. Petals relatively few, wrinkled, erect, pistils and stamens small. Stalks slightly long, stiff, flowers upright or lateral. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches stiff. Leaves long, small-sized, soft; leaflets long elliptic or broadly lanceolate, terminal leaflets pendulous, acuminate at the apex, slightly suffused with purple on the margins, upper surface deep green. Growth medium; flowers many, tolerant of low temperature during bud stage. Bred by Heze Flower Garden in 1971.
