Bai Hua Cong Xiao. Chrysanthemum form. Flowers 18cm x 6cm, light red (64-C) slightly purple; petals multi-whorled, stiff, slightly wrinkled, regular, crowded, paler purple at the base, stamens normal, pistils 9-11, occasionally petaloid, floral discs pale purple. Stalks long, stiff, flowers upright. Flowering late midseason. Plant tall, erect. Branches stiff. Leaves long, medium-sized, stiff, sparse; leaflets elliptic or ovate lanceolate, acuminate at the apex, pendulous. Growth vigorous; flowers many; tolerant of low temperature during bud stage. Bred by Heze Flower Garden in 1978. |
