Zao Yan Hong. Single form. Flowers 18cm x 6cm, purplish red (61-C); petals 3-whorled, broad and large, entire and regular, relatively stiff; stamens normal; pistils normal, stigmas purplish red; floral discs purplish red. Stalks relatively slender, flowers upright. Flowering early. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches slender, stiff. Leaves orbicular, medium-sized; leaflets ovate, apex acute, the margins curved upwards. Growth vigorous, flowers many. Bred by Luoyang Peony Garden, Luoyang in 1995. |
