Wei Hua. Crown form. Flowers 18cm x 12cm, purple (72-D), with pinkish white tip, slightly lustrous; the outer petals 3- whorled, the inner petals erect, wrinkled, thick, fairly stiff; pistils small. Stalks stout, stiff, flowers upright. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches fairly stout. Leaves orbicular, medium-sized; leaflets ovate, obtuse at the apex, suffused with pale purplish red on the margins, with sunken veins, upper surface rough, deep green. Growth vigorous, flowers many. Classic variety. |
