Zhao Yang Hong. Chrysanthemum form, sometimes rose form occurs. Flowers 18cm x 5cm, light red (41-C); petals multi-whorled, the outer petals arranged regularly, suffused with red at the base; stamens slightly petaloid; pistils small; floral discs red. Stalks stout, stiff, flowers upright. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches stout. Leaves long, medium-sized, stiff, fairly crowded; leaflets long ovate, acuminate at the apex. Growth medium; flowers many. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1968. |
