Yan Yi Xiang Rong. Chrysanthemum form. Flowers 15cm x 5cm, deep red (52-A), soft; petals 5- 8-whorled, slightly stiff, arranged regularly, layered conspicuously, with red radical streaks; stamens normal; pistils normal, slightly petaloid. Stalks slender, stiff, flowers upright or lateral. Flowering early midseason. Plant dwarf, partially spreading. Branches short, slender, stiff. Leaves orbicular, medium-sized, thin, stiff, relatively crowded; leaflets ovate or nearly ovate, apex acute, suffused with purple on the margins; rugose, light green above. Growth medium, flowers profuse. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1990. |
