Gujin Garden Heze in 1984.

Gu Yuan Yi Feng. Crown form. Flowers 15cm x 8cm, purple (66-D); the outer petals 3-4- whorled, large, stiff, suffused with red at the base; the inner petals very small, crowded, apex rugose, some petaloid filaments bearing anthers are present, stamens completely petaloid; pistils developed, petaloid, greenish coloured. Stalks short, flowers lateral. Flowering midseason. Plant dwarf, partially spreading. Branches stout. Leaves long, stiff, crowded; leaflets ovate, apex acute, the margins slightly curved upwards, upper surface green with pink flecks. Growth medium; flowers many; tolerant of strong sunshine. Bred by Gujin Garden, Heze in 1984.
