Hong Mei Gui. Chrysanthemum form. Flowers 16cm x 5cm, purplish red (53-B); petals 6-8- whorled, the margins shallowly toothed, suffused with deep purple at the base; stamens normal; pistils normal; floral discs purplish red. Stalks stiff, flowers upright. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, erect. Branches relatively stout; branchlets long, internodes long. Leaves long, medium- sized, crowded; leaflets long elliptic, apex acuminate with some lobes, upper surface green. Growth vigorous, flowers many. Bred by Heze Flower Garden in 1995. |
