Dong Fang Jin. Hundred proliferate form. Flowers 17 cm x 6cm, pale purplish red (67-B). Petals multi-whorled, the margins toothed, stamens partially petaloid, pistils small in the lower flower. Petals sparse, erect; stamens a few; pistils small in the upper flower. Stalks stout, long, flowers upright. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches fairly stout, stiff. Long leaves, medium-sized; leaflets ovate, acute at the apex. Growth vigorous, flowers relatively few. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1966. |
