Le nom de cette pivoine peut poser un problème. Je l’ai achetée il y a plusieurs années parce que j’aimais sa description, et elle ne m’a pas déçue. Par contre, comme je ne peux trouver aucune information sur elle, je me demande si son nom est exact. Peu importe : c’est une fleur superbe, dont les mérites horticoles suffisent.
Ses grandes fleurs lavande ont une tache foncée caractéristique à la base de chaque pétale.
Plantes de quatre ans ayant fleuri au moins deux ans ici auparavant.

I unfortunately do not read Japanese and over the years many of the Japanese names seem to have evolved to various spellings in English references. Even without a history, the plant stands on its own merits. The flowers are large but the petals maintain their upward curve though out the life of the flower.
