'Yachiyo-jishi' (Immortal Lion)

(Japanese tree peony - Reddish-Purple Flowering group) Large size, full double, with poorly developed pistil. A strong stem holds the flower erect. Midseason.

Ariga (1993)

YACHIYO-JISHI (Achttausendjahre-Löwen) Hellrosa, etwas fleischfarben gefärbt. Riesenblüte in zehntausendfacher Blüte. Die Kronblätter sind kräftig und massiv.

Rivière (1995):

'Yachiyo Jishi' "Unsterblicher Löwe" Sorte japanischer Herkunft. Große, gefüllte Blüte mit Lamellen. Pflanze mittelhoch aber kraftvoll.

YACHIYOJISHI "Lion immortel". (Semi-double). Magnifique fleur rosé très pale, largement saumonée, surtout en son centre. Cette variété vigoureuse est très florifère. Son feuillage naissant est vert clair nuancé rouge.
