To be called ”Fei Tian” in Chinese, with characteristics of milk white bloom, resembling the chrysanthemum, 18cm×10cm corolla .Slightly twisted outer petals with rose color base speckle. The twisted inner petals have a white filament within them, the stamens are fewer with golden and biggish anther, white and twisted filaments. The five pea green pistils have milk yellow stigmas, white and half wrapped floral disc. The 15 lobules have fewer tomentas with its leafstalk to be concave and brown, among them, 5 lobules at the top and 10 lobules for two sides, The yearling branches have the length of 22cm with stiff stem and bloom leaves patulous upside , aromatic flavor. The growing situation of it is generic and crown of it half patulous with great many sprouts, and medium blooming date.
