Hong Ling Yan. Lotus form. Flowers 16cm x 4cm, light red (52-C); petals 3-4-whorled, broadly ovate, the margins slightly rugose, purple basal blotches; stamens normal, occasionally petaloid; pistils normal, stigmas purplish red; floral discs purplish red. Stalks stout, straight. Flowering midseason. Plant dwarf, partially spreading. Branches stout. Leaves long, small- sized; leaflets lanceolate or elliptic, acuminate at the apex, the margins curved upwards. Growth fairly vigorous, flowers many, numerous branching stems. Bred by Wangcheng Park, Luoyang in 1995. |
