To be called ”Yu Pan Cheng Jin” in Chinese, with characteristics of milk white bloom, single petals, 17cm×7cm corolla , petals have frizzy outer edge with many red points on it, it makes petals have light red demtint with amaranth base petals and informal edges to it. The great many and full-grown stamens with long filaments have anther twice larger than that of the standard, the stigma of it enjoys white color and ovary enjoys milk white color. The floral disc occupies the 4/5 space of that of the ovary, The yearling peony has new green branches with red demitint and 15 olivary lobules with it, the lobules have red demitint on them and amaranth and concave leafstalks. Having vigorously and nearly erectly growing situation. It is the newly cultivated variety from Lanzhou Zhongchuan Peony and Chinese Peony Garden.
