MRS E I STAHLY (Kundred, 1951) - Mrs. Ernest I. Stahly. Double - Red - Late. Tall. Only a trace of fragrance. Full double with no stamens. The flower is of good size and marked especially by being built high in the center with extra long petals. Flower is held tightly together and stays compact for the life of the flower. It is a desirable red color, does not fade or burn in the sun, stands out well in the field. Stems adequate. The flower always opens even though it comes to bloom late. Introduced by Ernest I. Stahly, Goshen, Ind., with the above description. Listed by Mr. Krekler, 1955.
