Chen Hui. Chrysanthemum form. Flowers 18cm x 6cm, light red (50-B), soft; petals multi-whorled, slightly stiff, regular, crowded, gradually smaller from the outer to the inner whorls, lighter colour at the apex, deep purplish red basal blotches, stamens normal, occasionally petaloid; pistils small; floral discs purple. Stalks short, stiff, flowers upright or lateral. Flowering midseason. Plant dwarf, partially spreading. Branches stiff. Leaves orbicular, medium-sized, stiff, crowded; leaflets ovate, stiff, acute at the apex, the margins slightly curved upwards. Growth medium; flowers many. Bred by Heze Flower Garden in 1984. |
