To be called ”Juan Bian Lan Hee” in Chinese, with characteristics of baby blue bloom, single petals, 12.5cm×8cm corolla , peachy buds , excurved petals edge with many small dentiform clefts, the biggish and black base speckles have radiated , blue and red stripes around them. The stamens are numerous with yellow, twisted anthers and pompadour filaments; The five full-grown and milk yellow pistils have milk white stigmas, light amaranth floral disc deeply cracked and half wrapped. It has bloom leaves patulous upwards, aromatic flavor and many blooms. The minitype and round leaves have characteristics of stiff in quality, bottle green and neat. The growing situation of it is vigorous with erective shape and many sprouts. It has early blooming date.
